• We are conveniently located close to airport, several outfitters, downtown Dillingham, and hospital.
• Almost ALL Cell Telephones Do Not Work in Dillingham or surrounding area. It’s a good idea to bring a phone card for long distance calls. Several sportsmen bring Satellite Telephones for their trip out into the wilderness. They can be rented in Anchorage and elsewhere.
• We practice the Alaskan custom of removing shoes inside the house.

Deposit required at time of reservation. This may be done through credit card or check. Check must be received within 10 days of making the reservation. The balance will be due upon arrival by Cash, Traveler’s Check, Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express.
Cancellations for individual bookings must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival. Cancellations made after that will get a refund only if the room can be re-rented.! There will be a $25.00 processing fee when refunds are issued.
Cancellations of groups of 6 or more persons must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Guests will be responsible for paying for the entire party for ALL rooms and nights booked, unless rooms can be re-rented. A processing fee will apply.
Cancellation policy may be waived if cancellation is due to cancelled flights into Dillingham and we are notified immediately.
We will Direct Bill corporate and government customers.

Check-in is from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Special arrangements can be made for earlier or later arrivals, but Must be made in Advance.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
